Camuy Health Services, Inc. has the Community Outreach Program to raise awareness in the community about the importance of obtaining health coverage, present them with options, and assist them in the process of enrolling in the Government Health Plan (Plan Vital).
Likewise, guide them on the change of insurer under Plan Vital, Primary Medical Group (GMP) and/or Primary Medical Practitioner (PCP) and about our Sliding Fee Discount Program.
Preventive Health for your Community
The Community Outreach program is the link between the communities of our municipality and the health center. Our commitment is to improve access to and care for health, fostering a bond of empathy and service with our people through community activities.
Mobile Unit
We have a Mobile Unit equipped to provide primary health services, thus increasing accessibility to health care in the communities.
Health Clinics/Fairs
We participate in activities promoting and providing our services free of charge. These include clinical, educational, and informational services.
