SAFETY RULES
At Camuy Health Services, Inc., the safety and well-being of our patients is essential and that is why we have a Health and Safety Program in our facilities.
Learn how patients can help maintain a safe environment by following these guidelines:
- Patients must wait their turn in the waiting room and not in the hallways, since, in case of emergency, the corridors must be clear to evacuate the facility.
- Anyone who comes to the Center in their own vehicle will have to park in reverse in the areas designated for visitors.
- Do not park at the main entrance of the Center or block emergency exits.
- Do not block the entrance or exit of ambulances.
- All visitors will be responsible for the control and safety of their children.
- Do not run on the premises of Camuy Health Services, Inc.
- No Smoking (Law 40)
- Use, sale or distribution of illegal drugs or alcohol is prohibited on the facilities of the Center.
- We are not responsible for theft or vandalism of your vehicle and belongings. Insure your belongings and your vehicle.
- Sales or collections are prohibited in the center.
- Do not use the cell phone while being attended to in any area.
- We urge you to dress with decorum (no short clothing, sleeveless, or plunging necklines, inter alia)
- Use respectful language. Refrain from using offensive or inappropriate expression.
- Carrying weapons of any kind is not permitted (Law 408 Article 2.20)
- Recording or taking photos is prohibited on the premises to preserve everyone’s privacy.
- We have a surveillance system for your safety.
