At Camuy Health Services, Inc. we have a home visit program. The purpose of the program is to offer primary and follow-up care in the comfort of home to those patients who, due to a medical condition, cannot attend the center for their primary care. Home visits are made for medical services and sample collection. If you need these services, you can contact your primary doctor.
