Chronic Conditions Management Program

As a Primary Health Center at the forefront of our patients’ needs, Camuy Health Services has implemented a series of programs focused on the care of patients with chronic conditions such as HIV.

The Ryan White Program provides early intervention services to people living with HIV/AIDS and preventive services to people at high risk for HIV.

All patients are cared for by a multidisciplinary team of health professionals who are properly trained and experienced in the management of patients with HIV/AIDS.
